Without HTTP authentification set up, frontend shows "no permissions" error message and undefined index when debug mode is enabled

      I don't have set up HTTP authentification. When I open any page, I get message "ERROR: No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!". Aslo if I have enabled debug mode, there is an undefined index on that page. In 2.0 it was correct to show "You are not logged in" box.
