network discovery can not link templates that contain web scenarios, at least to hosts with snmp interfaces.
it sees webmonitoring items and fails with :

cannot link template: cannot find "unknown" host interface

usecase is many proxies that are discovering a device on their local network, and they should run web scenario, checking the same urls - hence the template usage.
