Don't print name and PID in log while using syslog

      While using syslog output (LogFile isn't set) Zabbix agent still prints its process name and PID in log, resulting duplicate information in messages. Here's an example.
      Feb 25 15:31:45 valencia zabbix_agentd[9603]: Zabbix Agent (daemon)[9603]: active check configuration update from [montblanc:10051] is working again
      Everything after 'zabbix_agentd[9603]:' is Zabbix agent output.
