It's possible to set the colspan and rowspan for a screen item to "0". Although the frontend will treat it the same way as "1" and the item will be displayed correctly, this is incorrect, and might cause problems in the future.

We'll also need to change the default value for this field to "1" and provide a DB patch to correct existing values.
