zabbix-2.2.0 Manuall Installation Issue

      I have followed the manual installation given on the following link to install the Zabbix server. I am able to access the Front end PHP page and able to see the zabbix server. But it in the availability section the icon is greyed out. So I am not able to monitor anything.

      1). Can you let me know the issue for the grey out icon in the Protal (PHP Portal).

      2). Can you let me know the command for start & restart of Zabbix server , Zabbix agent and Apache PHP front end server for the manual installation ?
