Link is broken if user goes to certain screens before clicking the link for "Applications" short cut.

For example, user with super admin rights does the following:
1. Configuration
2. Host
3. Items (list items)
4. Click "Applications" short cut in short cut bar at the top
5. Now click on an application name that you want to edit and the following error shows "ERROR: No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!"
