In contrary to --with-sqlite3, --with-net-snmp and --with-jabber,
--with-libcurl=/path/to/curl/bin/curl-config does not add the appropriate -I/path/to/curl/include compiler flag.
The result is that curl/curl.h cannot be found.

But the linker flag -L/path/to/curl/lib is added correctly and automatically.
