dashboard filter not showing as clickable

      open dashboard filter configuration, mouseover enabled/disabled control - it does not show up as clickable (cursor does not change).
      it seems to work ok in 2.0 and trunk, so some 2.2-specific issue ?

      tested with opera 12.16 on linux
