When you add an item in a map and you left the field "host" empty you get and error message and then the map disapper.

Error message:

Error no permissions !

• No host with hostid=[0]

Then if you go to the URL of the map, you get and error message: "ERROR: No permissions !"

The manual fix is to go in the databases and delete the item or change the field "elementid" to something valid.

This bug is similar to ZBX-706 so it's maybe already fix in SVN.
