      Some item configuration forms are hidden after changing item type with IE9.

      How to reproduce:

      • create new item
      • change item type to "Zabbix agent (active)"
      • change item type to "SNMPv1 agent"
      • change item type to "Zabbix agent (active)"
      • change item type to "SNMPv1 agent"

      After above, key, SNMP related field are hidden.
