Since upgrade to 2.2.3 the behavior of the actions column in last 20 issues box shows misleading "not send" messages.
Formerly the "not send" info points to transport problems. Now it ever prompts if an action will generate a message but the user have a timebases media configuration. It also pop up if i configured an action with send message to all media but the user configured email fires on AHD and jabber on HD. So if the Issue i an average i get a "not send" for jabber.

This is absolutely misleading and unnecessary - i think.
