log[] and logrt[] item parameter <encoding> is not validated, valid values are not documented

      Documentation does not describe what are valid values for <encoding> parameter for log[] and logrt[] items, differences between supported encodings on UNIX (iconv is used) and Microsoft Windows (selected code pages are supported) platforms.
      Agent does not report error if an invalid encoding is supplied.
