make all fullscreen pages the same as non-fullscreen versions

      currently there is at least one page that is different in fullscreen mode - monitoring -> triggers.
      debug mode for fullscreen pages was removed in ZBX-7941 , and that mode is also a performance disaster - see ZBX-6557

      it should be unified to be the same in fullscreen and non-fullscreen mode
