queue reporting outstanding items on proxy when they are not

      My queue reports items such as in screen grab 1:

      This item is configured via a template to collect every 3600 seconds (one hour). If I check the latest data, it was collected (seemingly 1 and a bit minutes before it was supposed to have been):

      Looking at the history for the item it looks to be collecting correctly once per hour:

      Clocks are in sync on the server and proxy, both have their timezone set to UTC.
