Calculated item become not supported when host switch to disable status because of configuration cache.

How to reproduce:

• create calculated item using items on a host
• disable the host
• the host become disabled status but server try to calculate the item until configuration cache will be updated
• the item become not supported status with this log

item [localhost:system.swap.size.calc] became not supported: Cannot evaluate function [last()]: item [localhost:system.swap.size[,free]] not found
