Zabbix events page tries to get oldest event to make slider bar or zoom period.

That query is quite heavy on partitioned db

• the db has lots of events
• using Zabbix user or Zabbix admin that are only have permission to hosts are just added on partitioned db (target events are located only latest partition)

The problem happens to see events page with guest user that doesn't have any permission ( need to search all events table for not-existing events)
