Description:
When a network discovery runs from zabbix server against an ip that runs a passive zabbix proxy, that proxy is changed to host.
This way we may loose not only the registred proxy, as well as the relationship from the monitored hosts to the proxy.

Enviromnent/steps to reproduce:

• Zabbix server running
• At least one zabbix proxy running in passive mode
• Network discovery running from the zabbix server, and discovering the network/ip of your zabbix proxy
• Actions to create / add / link template to your host. Make sure they will match against your zabbix proxy
