Zabbix server has the bug to send recovery message on trigger up in maintenance period.
This phenoma occurs in following situation.
1. An alert is created with recovery message.
2. A triggper with 'Multiple PROBLEM events generation' is on and send error messege.
3. enter maintenance period
4. The same trigger is on and send recovery message.
