selective state of a group is cleared

How to reproduce:

1)Open "template list" or "host list"
2)Select any host group not "all"
3)Click the Applications
4)Click "Create application"
5)Set name and save
6)Click "template list" or "host list"

"all" is selected in host group drop down.
