Zabbix Proxy Configuration Sync over 60,000 items takes over an hour

      In Zabbix 2.2 sync a proxy configuraiton with 60,000 items use to take 2 mins or so according to the zabbix internal conflagration sync metrics. In Zabbix 2.3.3, syncing the same proxy configuration (same items, etc.) takes over an hour. See attached graph for before and after the upgrade.
