      Dynamic indexes no longer work with active proxies in Zabbix 2.3.3
      ifInOctets["index","ifDescr","GigabitEthernet0/1"]

      The following index use to work on Zabbix 2.2.3 but now says can not find index 0 after the upgrade to Zabbix 2.3.3.
      .1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.11["index",".1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.4","0"]
      Cannot find index of "0" in ".1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.1.4".
