Zabbix some time report pref[tcp]=0 and service is down, but its up

      System no have load (loadavg < 0.1). Service is UP. Pollers and all agents in config up to *10. Its not help.

      Very impotant to get only real service down. Its critical for reaction time. But now we have only spam in e-mail.
      How to debug this?
