When maintenance expires then timer process(es) might get very busy for awhile.
This may then for example result in false-positive events/alerts triggered by nodata() functions which period is shorter than the timer process is busy.
The only way it could currently be circumvent is by disabling media types that might be affected. What is neither comfortable (can be forgotten) nor efficient since non time based trigger events are suppressed too.
In case this could not be solved generally in a smart way I'd appreciate to have an option on maintenance level to prevent the current misbehavior.
