Hi,

I try to setup DM in my environment by adding a second node. On the existing node (master), I ran the 'zabbix_server -n 1' but I have the following error :
DM: Unable to convert. Some of object IDs are out of range in table...

I have followed the doc (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/2.2/manual/distributed_monitoring/nodes) where it talking about object ID is larger than 99999999999999, but how to fix this issue ?

OS : Debian Wheezy
Zabbix version : 2.2.5
