ZBXNEXT-1467 changed button labels from "save" to "add/update".

similar to (1) in ZBXNEXT-1467, when editing an it service that has child services, button says "Add".

it service w/o child services properly has an "Update" button.

filing as a separate issue - we somehow rushed to release 2.3.4...
