The web monitoring widget on the dashboard takes disabled web checks into account. This confuses operators, especially for web checks that have been disabled since they do not work. Especially these showup in the "Failure" column, indicating there's something wrong and would need to be investigated.

The widget should only take into account enabled web checks.
