There are a few inconsistencies when it comes to showing events for disabled hosts. If you select "All" hosts, events from disabled hosts become visible in the list.

1. The host names are not tinted red
2. You don't find the disabled hosts in the filter dropdown

The attached patch adds groups and hosts with disabled hosts to the pageFilter object, as I understand it.
