Time is saved using Z-server timezone in case of different timezones on Z-server and on Z-frontend leads to (for ex. Z-server=UTC, frontend=UTC+3):

1) Action condition - "Time period"
We add "Time period in 1-5,00:08-20:00"
What Z-server really do: "Time period in 1-5,00:11-23:00"
Temporary fix: "Time period in 1-5,00:05-17:00"

2) Action macros -

In message - "Trigger date: 2014.10.03 : 11:45:00"
Really - "2014.10.03 : 14:45:00"

I think, non UTC-safe methods is used in this procedures.
