I have several templates separated by Linux systems making discovery of disks, the items in zabbix were created normally and are receiving data, however, created triggers are not working with the values ??of the items, thus not generating alarms.

Going on host configuration got the error below:
Can not create item: Item with the same key

Attached the template used and also the image with error.

I have the same error on all templates that are similar to this.
