{ITEM.VALUE} sometimes appears as UNKNOWN in trigger names
I snap three shots of same host and same trigger.
on unknown2.png screen i see UNKNOWN on dashboard. when i follow up till events i see unknown1.png. and if i go to triggers tab - i see that host without "UNKNOWN"
