wmi.get[] does not properly handle WMI service restarts

      There is an issue with wmi.get[] that Zabbix agent needs to be restarted in case WMI service is restarted.

      It has originally been reported by pintonunes in ZBX-8506. Patch that fixes the issue is also available in that report.
