Certain macros seem not to be inherited anymore after an upgrade from 2.0.
Even if we define these macros as global, items that use them still come up as unsupported.

What's peculiar, is that not all macros are affected.

For example, I have a macro called "${NGX_HLS_LOG}" and a template that uses a UserParameter with this macro.
The agent on the other side gets something like "userparameter[${}]" instead (I can't get the exact error message from the agent, but will update the case when I can).

PS. Can I still use 2.0 proxies with 2.2 agents? It'll take us some time to upgrade these.
