1.6.4 release added two unique indexes to history_log and history_text.
revision 7261 made these indexes unique in the schema file, but i still don't see addition of such indexes in the patch files (and my upgraded 1.6.4 installation from 1.4 didn't have them as well).
it seems to me that these indexes should be properly created by the 1.6 upgrade scripts.
