Increase graph name from 128 characters as graphs fail to create when being auto discovered and the name is larger than 128 characters.

I have found that the 128 character limit is inadequate when using the discovered item name in the graph title.

The item names can be a max of 255 characters so I would expect the graph name to potentially be larger than that.

This probably effects all versions above 2.2.X
