net.tcp.service* simple checks do not mention default for 'ip'

      https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/2.2/manual/config/items/itemtypes/simple_checks (and other versions) does not mention what is the default for net.tcp.service and net.tcp.service.perf items

      it also says "IP address of the Zabbix host definition", which is wrong - entered ip/dns has nothing to do with existing host data.

      as confirmed by asaveljevs, 'ip' defaults to host ip or dns
