Availability report - page change resets filter

      When changing a page in report2.php, the filter resets.

      This is extremely annoying as there's no reasonable method how to list through all triggers and see the report without constant refilling the filter.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • go to availability report
      • setup a filter that returns more than one page of reports
      • click "next" page link
