I'm trying to delete a no longer templated application with no items associated to it but it states "Cannot delete templated application".

I tried linking then unlinking again but still cannot delete the application.

Also, there is a "Undefined offset: 495 [in /usr/share/zabbix/applications.php:346]" error at the bottom of the applications list.

Any ideas of what could be wrong?
