I'm building a 2.4 environment to replace a working 2.2 system plus massive expansion. I'm adding the JMX hosts that are working on 2.2 (11 Linux Blackboard app servers) to 2.4 These hosts would go to state "temporarily disabling JMX agent checks" after network errors on items that show "Not Supported" on the 2.2 system.

To verify, I pointed my 2.4 zabbix-proxy to the 2.2 zabbix-java-gateway and it works as in 2.2. I think that isolates the issue to the 2.4.3 java gateway.
