Zabbix 2.4 RHEL6 rpm specifies /var/run/zabbix/ but doesn't create it

      config for zabbix server contains:
      PidFile=/var/run/zabbix/zabbix_server.pid

      Which is a directory that doesn't get created by the zabbix RPM.

      spec file bug.

      Means zabbix can't start without manual additions on the server.
