packaged Java gateway init.d script missing options that are present in sources startup.sh

      Tested on CentOS 6.6

      When installing zabbix-java-gateway 2.4.3 packages from Zabbix official repo the init.d script is missing JMX internal monitoring options which are present in sources startup.sh script.

      # uncomment to enable remote monitoring of the standard JMX objects on the Zabbix Java Gateway itself
# JAVA_OPTIONS="$JAVA_OPTIONS -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=12345
# 	-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false"

      Thus the user does not have the hint to enable JMX internal metrics on the gateway.
