Can't link hosts to templates

      Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.1, Dell PE1850, zabbix-1.6.4, php-5.2.9, MySQL Enterprise Edition 5.1.34

      I'm trying to link hosts to templates via configuration->hosts->template linkage.
      I select the template I want to link.
      The "Other Hosts" list box shows only templates (i.e. Template_*), and not hosts.

      This is not the case in 1.6.1.
