I made two mistakes over item creation:

[root@zabbix zabbix]# grep csr1000vcpu zabbix_server.log
30358:20150303:113257.797 item "roxar-backup.p98.belkam.com:csr1000vcpu" became not supported: Not supported by Zabbix Agent
30356:20150303:113733.654 error reason for "roxar-backup.p98.belkam.com:csr1000vcpu" changed: Received value [0,7] is not suitable for value type [Numeric (float)]

After this item always was in not supported state, so I had to recreate it.
