index.php page sets "zbx_sessionid" cookie twice

      It's not critical, but looks a bit wrong and may mislead someone.

      Try to open "Login form" - the cookies is set twice with guest's SID.
      Then login with a user - the cookies is again set twice, but 1st is with previous SID (guest's) and 2nd - with logged user SID.
