trigger.get is slow in API

      Performance for "System status" widget was improved in ZBX-9102, but this was not enough. The widget uses trigger.get which is very slow. Suggested SQL queries in ZBX-9102 were good performance wise, but they caused blocked queries for about 55 minutes. The solution is not yet known.
