Custom history URL in 2.4.x are mangled when clicking the link in the notification email

      CentOS 6.5 x64 / VMware VM

      When entering a custom URL in an Action, for example:

      Trigger URL: http://zabbix.internal.lan/history.php?action=showgraph&itemids[]=

      {ITEM.ID}

      The resulting email will provide a link the URL, but once you click it the URL is opened as:

      https://zabbix.internal.lan/history.php?action=showgraph&itemids%255B%255D=75626

      The screen also shows:
      "ERROR: Zabbix has received an incorrect request.
      Field "itemids" is mandatory."

      This is causing links to the graphs to fail
