Low alerter performance on 2.4.2 vs 1.8.15

      Activation of 700+ triggers make alerter go to 100% cpu load and 5 minutes delay of messages sending. Alerter on zabbix 1.8.15 works fine on this load. Is it possible to improve alerter performance?
