Upgrade from 2.2.2 Ubuntu Trusty package to Official 2.4.4 failes on DB upgrade

      Hi all.

      I am trying to upgrade from the Ubuntu provided 2.2.2 package that comes with Trusty to the latest Official package.

      This fails on the database upgrade.

      See the log output below.

      Packages currently installed:

      $ dpkg -l|grep zabbix
