Related to ZBX-4232

First, this error really should not be happening. I experienced also on 2.0.x on a RHEL 6 server. I installed new CentOS7 server, new Postgresql 9.2 database, zabbix22 package (2.2.7, release 1.x86_64). Total hosts being monitored: 8. Items: 375, Triggers 180. So a fairly trivial installation.

In a given log file, the rate of these error messages is roughly 10 per hour, so once every 6 minutes. The host and items vary.

I never experienced this in a much older version (1.6 I believe). Am happy to provide more detailed analysis and/or additional log messages via source code modification.
