perf_counter items become not supported status by negative value error

      The item perf_counter[\Processor(_Total)\% Processor Time] sometimes become not supported status with negative value error.

      It is same as ZBX-5201 and ZBX-9233, it's better to ignore that kind of error in perf_counter key as well.
