Hi,
I have to create Reports based on Zabbix Events. I use the filter form and the export button to send the important events to Excel in a CSV file. 'till here, great!
The problem is that events which were closed automatically by dependencies of another triggers are still showing in my Event Report.
I wish that Zabbix could mark those automatically closed triggers allowing me to exclude them from my report. For example, if my Link Wan is down there is no reason to keep on my report all other items which depends on Link WAN.
I suggest to ACK those automatically closed triggers and add a note saying "Closed by Zabbix dependency check" or something like that. The ACK would be enough for me to filter those events since no one here ACKs triggers and, if it is ACCKed, it was Zabbix dependency who did it for sure!
